Investigative reporter Seymour Hersh talks to Democracy Now about his explosive new article in the New Yorker Magazine. Hersh reports that John Negroponte’s decision to resign as National Intelligence Director was made in part because of the Bush administration’s covert actions including the funding of radical Sunni groups – some with strong ideological ties to al-Qaeda – to counter Shiite groups backed by Iran. Hersh also reports the Pentagon has established a special planning group to plan a bombing attack on Iran and U.S. military and special-operations teams have already crossed the border into Iran in pursuit of Iranian operatives.
The funding of Wahhabi/Salafi groups, often labeled Islamic fundamentalists in the media, is reminiscient of US policy in the Middle East especially through the mid-70s and early-80s which eventually gave rise to groups such as the Taliban. During this period US administrations, alongside Israel, promoted “fundamentalist” groups to create suitable conditions for their own interests in the region. This a true story about “Corporate Greed” and a nightmare that began when we were targeted by the chief executive officers of a large corporation by a scheme for the theft of our property. And then a Second Theft and strategic attack with intent to destroy my business in an deliberate bold action to stop our legal attempts to recover our property. Now… after six long years of ongoing cyber crimes and corporate misdoings, legal maneuvers and economic warfare tactic’s Which has lead us where we are today… To the subversion of the legal system to complete the theft .

At the time this began in 2003 my businesses were successful and moving forward and upward. At the exact time of the theft one of my corporations a start-up television network called WIN-Tv was just approved for first round funding of $50 million from the same company that started A&E and MTV, Nickelodeon and the Move Channel. When out of no where we were targeted by a corporation with their headquarters based at 700 Old Marple Road, Springfield, Pennsylvania. A company with offices in Boston MA, London England, Shanghai China. A Corporation I had never known existed had perpetrated a deliberate and intentional plan for the theft of our property. We didn’t have any Idea what was about to happen…. After the theft…. It took Months to realize really what had happened… Now, even years later after Filing a case with the F.B.I. for “Interstate Wire Fraud” and this lawsuit and through very limited discovery we have only yet to really see the depth and deception of their plan. To realize that the causes of all these communication problems that our business and our investors were all experiencing were all rooted in the deliberate actions of the defendants towards myself and our corporations. The ongoing theft of our corporations email to & from our investors and other illegal tactics were all overseen and directed from the executive offices of the Gap International in Springfield, Pennsylvania.
In Conclusion:
It is one thing being hit by a disaster like a Hurricane or Earthquake because, after it’s gone you can reconstruct and try to put your life back together. But what has happened here is different. Back in 2003 the theft began and Today as I write this that theft has never stopped!! The burglars are still in my house and that still have my property six years later! And what has been going on for the last six years is that the burglars are just trying to complete that theft by subverting our legal system and buying their version of Justice! That what is going on here today.
We are all judged by our actions… How we treat people when especially when no one is looking…
In our life we have the power to touch people in a way and do good honest and compassionate things or, to cause pain and misery in the lives of the people around us. We are all judged by those choices we make. Those choices say who we are inside and the fabric of our character.
Now six years later… we watch everything that we built for the last 20 years all destroyed from a far from a group of people who still can’t see the truth because, their own lies get in the way.

Very good article you directed me to. I do have to agree with the author of it, Rockwell. If you really want to find an answer you your lead off question, read the book "The Sociopath Next Door" by Martha Stout. You will understand the mind of those in power. I direct you to this book because Mr. Rockwell has his list of 10 lies. Lie #2 is well suited for the book I have suggested. The book is going to cost about $20.00 or less. Last but not least, if you have a desire to understand how the economy works read "The Creature From Jekyll Island" by G.Edward Griffin.

Background: I have a single member LLC (a web design company) that sold all assets last year and, to avoid a recent lawsuit, have used a business credit card (attached to the business EIN) to pay a settlement of $15k. I have no funds to pay this back to the bank. No revenue has been made within the last year and no future revenue will be made.
If my LLC declares bankruptcy…
1. how does this affect my personal credit or liability?
2. how does this affect my ability to own other future businesses>
3. will the business be audited by the government or by the lending bank?
You left out one very important detail. Who did the credit card belong too? If this was a personal credit card or an LLC credit card that you personally guaranteed, an LLC bankruptcy won’t mean anything at all with respect to any personal obligation you have to repay the loan. Also, a bank could sue to stop you from getting a discharge if you borrowed the money with the intent of not repaying it.
I took a payday loan out and had been paying the interest on them, then my payday changed and I had no contact # for these people. So for awhile they were just hitting my account and didn’t get any money, but I ended up with alot of bank fees. So the bank advised me to close the account because the fees were outrageous. Then the payday companies wanted to contact me and demand the whole thing in one payment and I certainly didn’t have the funds for that. So now they are threatening lawsuits and garnishments on me. I told them I didn’t have a problem making some payments to clear this up, but they refuse to give an address to send payments to, want me to get a debit card from Wal-Mart and pay it off @ one time. What exactly is legal when it comes to them. They also said until the suit goes to court they were going to keep adding interest fees every 2 weeks even though the account is inactive.
What state do you live in? Not all states permit wage garnishment. Even if it was allowed in your state, it can’t happen until a lawsuit is filed against you and your creditor (the plaintiff) wins and gets a court judgment in their favor.
It should rarely take more than a week for the lawyers to disburse the final amount. If an insurance company is involved, they will send the check to your lawyer who will deposit it into a trust account, make their fee and cost calculations and then have you in to sign release forms.
I want to create a site targeted at schoolchildren and students, where they can also leave their opinion behind and interact on educational themes. What are the necessary legal considerations I have to make if I don’t want to run into any lawsuit for slander etc? In general, how can I limit liability?
I plan on funding it via adclicks, so how do I proceed? Do I need some traffic first to be eligible? And what are the best ways to advertise the site? If I run the site with my friends and make money, is it a "society" that counts as a tax subject of its own? Should I take any kind of business consulting beforehand?
