“Higher Ups” deem “Inappropriate Behaviour” “Unacceptable”! Exclusive Leaked video has “The powers that be” very appalled and concerned ! Was MSSU President Dr. Bruce Speck concerned how alumni female student was disrespected?Does President and Board feel all are held accountable, raising ethical standards with arrival of Dr.Speck, and students, alumni deserve respect? Are negotiations for new Head of MSSU Security part of out of court settlement;or does Committee find “Inappropriate Staff behaviour”deemed “unacceptable”? We may see new standards of “accountability” when MSSU president and Board of Governors enforce Zero Tolerance policy for “Inappropriate behaviour” deemed “Unacceptable” (for security to frighten alumni, or harass citizens at homes)! MSSU President Dr.Bruce Speck and Board of Governors assure Parents and students NOT MSSU policy to make harassment or abuse of power on homeowners property,as behaviour putting MSSU at risk of lawsuit, is deemed, “Unacceptable”.All media inquiries to be directed to MSSU president Dr. Bruce Speck and Board of Governors official Jane Wyman. Be assured Mrs. Wyman has a zero tolerance of any sexual harassment, nor does she condone it,especially if directed toward female alumni! Was Female Alumni given email apology from “Powers that be”,assured by Bruce Speck,Jane Wyman will not happen again to any future female students;as MSSU is trying to increase, not decrease enrollment! Is all this a gesture of good will by both sides to avoid lawsuits, allow boyfriend to attend on campus MSSU,provided he also complys with campus rulebook and shows he is only there for education;perhaps some misunderstanding avoided,in attempt to restore community relations and negotiate tentative agreement wherefore to resume fall classes, increase enrollment and funding for MSSU;or will boyfriend still even want to attend? Will we see follow up videos praising MSSU officials; and not outraged parents online, possibly removing their kids to other colleges?Could the fact the boyfriend has active list of 250,000 emails to share video with affect response rate? By being allowed to attend will he cross promote MSSU in a most favorable light thus helping to increase funding/enrollment,as we all put this behind us and quietly move on ?Will it all be one big random coincidence,or a result of negotiations?

" The Obama camp has been threatening television and radio stations to keep them from airing anti-Obama ads.

The latest target is the NRA and stations in Pennsylvania.

Earlier this week, the National Rifle Association’s Political Victory Fund released a series of radio and television spots to educate gun owners and sportsmen about Barack Obama’s longstanding anti-gun record. In response to the NRA-PVF ads, a clearly panicked Obama campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) are doing everything they can to hide Obama’s real record by mounting a coordinated assault on the First Amendment.

They have gone to desperate and outrageous lengths to try to silence your NRA by bullying media outlets with threats of lawsuits if they run NRA-PVF’s ads.

The Obama camp is particularly angry with an NRA ad entitled "Hunter" which lays out Obama’s record on gun control. "

He wants to ban all guns to the citizens. I have mine registered; not hiding a thing. However, try and take my gun from me, it will NEVER happen.
http://www.nraila.org/ here you go Katie; tell us the NRA is not a reliable source. Sounds like you are a teeny bopper trying to act like an adult.
He wants to ban all guns to the citizens. I have mine registered; not hiding a thing. However, try and take my gun from me, it will NEVER happen.
If you are against hunters; then do you eat meat of any kind?
Matics~ it is one of the many issues we need to focus on. The economy has failed; next to come is the control of the citizens by taking the freedoms our founding fathers penned into the Constitution. Guess you are for socialism and the One World Government take over.

ktikat; so be it if he is the first dark skinned President. He is not African; he has more Arabic blood running through his veins; but, he has more white blood in there. Yet, he has ignored his white heritage, why?
What is sad, only 1 out of 17 Democrats see what this could do to America.
novice please, what part of ban do you not understand? Control is one thing, ban is totally different.
amazingly intelligent~ I’m not a member of the NRA; but, I have the right to have a gun or 20 guns if I deem; that’s what the 2nd Amendment is all about. Its MY right! You can go on without having any protection for yourself and your family; but, rest assure there will be a day that comes you will wish you had one. FYI, I had not only a M16, but I’ve had the M60 and M50 assigned to me. I have always qualified expert with all three. Now I have my own personal handgun and it will be have to be pried out of my cold hand before I give my RIGHT up.

This is one thing that worries me about my own party and about Obama. If we lose the right to own guns, we lose the right to defend our country from any "domestic" threat such as a President that will try to become a dictator. First they take your guns, then your country.. and you are defenseless against them. Isn’t that what started the American Revolution? Seems like I read that somewhere.

The Whole Foods Alternative to ObamaCare
Eight things we can do to improve health care without adding to the deficit.

Highlights:
•Remove the legal obstacles that slow the creation of high-deductible health insurance plans and health savings accounts (HSAs). Our plan’s costs are much lower than typical health insurance, while providing a very high degree of worker satisfaction.
•Equalize the tax laws so that employer-provided health insurance and individually owned health insurance have the same tax benefits.
•Repeal all state laws which prevent insurance companies from competing across state lines.
•Repeal government mandates regarding what insurance companies must cover. What is insured and what is not insured should be determined by individual customer preferences and not through special-interest lobbying.
•Enact tort reform to end the ruinous lawsuits that force doctors to pay insurance costs of hundreds of thousands of dollars per year.
•Make costs transparent so that consumers understand what health-care treatments cost.
•Enact Medicare reforms that create greater patient empowerment, choice and responsibility.
•Finally, revise tax forms to make it easier for individuals to make a voluntary, tax-deductible donation to help the millions of people who have no insurance.

Health care is a service that we all need, but just like food and shelter it is best provided through voluntary and mutually beneficial market exchanges. A careful reading of both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution will not reveal any intrinsic right to health care, food or shelter.

At Whole Foods we allow our team members to vote on what benefits they most want the company to fund. Our Canadian and British employees express their benefit preferences very clearly—they want supplemental health-care dollars that they can control and spend themselves without permission from their governments. Why would they want such additional health-care benefit dollars if they already have an "intrinsic right to health care"?
Health-care reform is very important. Whatever reforms are enacted it is essential that they be financially responsible, and that we have the freedom to choose doctors and the health-care services that best suit our own unique set of lifestyle choices.

what does he know? all he did was take a handful of supermarkets and turned it into a multimillion dollar business, obama knows whats best for the country, he spent countless days and evenings hanging out on peoples front lawns with his megaphone and acorn buddies, without fail till people changed there minds in the name of change till he had to surrender his lawyers license before he got disbarred.
obamacare is the way to go whats a few trillion of others peoples moneys as long as we know its comming right back at us in higher taxes.

Minnesota’s budget is struggling right now. I work at the University of Minnesota and our state funding has been cut quite a bit. Several staff members have been fired and the utility department is running with a minimum of guys. These cuts in education, arts and other important services are statewide. The last vote was state mandated but now this lawsuit could lead to extra time and money being wasted.

For the good of the state shouldn’t Norm Coleman end this lawsuit and accept the committee’s decision? It would be the adult decision.
Time to Shrug: Most definitely
Couldn’t vote in 2000, so didn’t protest and didn’t pay attention to the senate race so I don’t care.

Also if 1/2 our population is on welfare why do we rate amongst the healthiest states in the country? Why is the literacy rate in Minnesota so high or the education system so highly regarded?
Track: It wouldn’t waste millions, so yep sure why not? if it was for a legit reason why not?

hah you people voted in Reagan ( a actor who repeatedly played a cowboy, made movies with chimps and made a whole lot of cigarette ads) who made before I was born, let’s not even talk about Arnold Swartzenegger. Good job on that bahhhhhhhh

You betcha, for the good of the state Norm Coleman should end his lawsuit and accept the committee’s decision, but he won’t because he doesn’t care about the will of the people. On 5 November he asked Franken to concede saying that would be what he would if was in Franken’s shoes, and now that the AUTOMATIC recount proved he was is the loser he wants to sue. What a hypocrite he is.

Frst Grade Rocks! Ω: Franken didn’t demand a recount, it was AUTOMATIC under STATE LAW because the count was under .05%. Get your facts straight before engaging your mouth.

Obama Wants NRA Ads Banned

The Obama camp has been threatening television and radio stations to keep them from airing anti-Obama ads.

You can see the "Hunter" ad — Go Here Now.

Other NRA ads include "Way of Life" and another focusing on Joe Biden’s record, "Defend Freedom, Defeat Obama."

This week, Obama’s campaign general counsel Bob Bauer wrote seeking to censor the ads at stations in Pennsylvania.

"Unlike federal candidates, independent political organizations do not have a ‘right to command the use of broadcast facilities,’" Bauer writes. "Moreover, you have a duty ‘to protect the public from false, misleading or deceptive advertising.’"

"This advertising is false, misleading, and deceptive," Bauer continued. "We request that you immediately cease airing this advertising."

The NRA says Obama’s camp are sending out these "intimidating cease and desist letters" to cable operators and television stations, threatening their FCC licenses if they run the ads.

The NRA charged that "Obama and the DNC have been using strong-arm tactics reminiscent of Chicago machine politics to try and cover up the truth and silence NRA by forcing the stations to assist them in hiding Obama’s radical anti-gun record."

And now, Obama and the DNC have opened a new front in their assault on your First Amendment rights by calling on their followers to contact these station managers to demand that the stations not run NRA-PVF’s ads.

NRA stands behind the accuracy of these ads, and NRA attorneys have responded to the Obama campaign’s despicable and abusive attempt to trample on the First Amendment by sending a thorough rebuttal to station managers. This rebuttal clearly and conclusively refutes the Obama campaign’s fallacious claims that the ads are inaccurate.

The NRA has set up a web site detailing its position on Obama at www.gunbanobama.com.

He’ll do anything to win.

I have been promoted to a management position, I have also decided to fullfil my dreams of becoming a woman.

I will be short on funds to finish the transformation , but i’m planning something I believe will just work. When I’m at the half way mark, I will touched myself in a inappropriate manner while using the bathroom. I will then file a lawsuit aginst the company for sexual harassment, sence this action was done be a management team member. I will plead guilty to the charges, I most likley be terminated for this, but I should win the inital lawsuit for sexual harassment.

Any one see any flaws in this ?

i only see about A THOUSAND flaws
you should have a fun time in prison if you’re only halfway finished hahahahahaha

On November 29, 2007[118]Justin Barker and his parents David and Kelli Barker filed a civil lawsuit against the parents of those accused of beating him, the adult teens of the Jena Six (at the time of the attack), an additional student named Malcolm Shaw (Theo’s brother, who had been identified by Coach Lewis as the initial aggressor) and the LaSalle Parish School Board [119]. The lawsuit states "Petitioners show that Justin was singled out by Mychal, Bryant, Robert, Carwin, Theodore, Malcolm and Jesse, and that the malicious and willful attack of Justin was of such extreme nature, so as to require emergency medical care and treatment for the harm inflicted by the attack, and resulting in extensive and permanently disabling injuries,".[119]. Barker’s medical bills from his emergency room visit totaled more than $5,000[119]. The lawsuit alleges that the LaSalle Parish School Board, through its employees, was not adequately supervising students and maintaining discipline and did not assign enough teachers for supervision[119]. The Barkers also claim the school board did not implement a plan to "discourage the dangerous activity of threatening and attacking other students while in possession of actual knowledge of said threats and prior attacks while the students are on school grounds". [119]

he got what he desevered after what he and his buddies did and do……. this was the tail end of what was going on.
diffrent with shoe on the other foot he should stop been a baby and take his shit like a little boy that he and his bulling mates are.

Are Client Funds ( In A Discretionary Power Of Attorney Investment Account Held In The Account Manager’s Name) Legally Distinct From His Own Funds For Purposes Of Lawsuits And Such?

Since they do not belong to the Account Manager, and he holds them as a fiduciary under a power of attorney, they cannot be attached- is this correct?

well,it all depends on law of land, but generally speaking,no ,attorney can not use . but it would be better you get legal opinion from another attorney.

Abstract:

Email existed before the Internet was invented, and grew with the Internet over six orders of magnitude. Email has gone from serving a small community of highly technical colleagues to being ubiquitous, even for people who are not technically adept. It has changed from a tiny, no-profit service to a billion dollar business.

But email has not gone without growing pains. Spam, viruses, and phishing are just two examples of malware that didn’t even exist when email was born. Email has changed both business and social lives in ways both good and bad. Some of those pressures have pushed users from email to Instant Messaging and Social Networking. Today the research and development of email has focused on control, either “on the wire” (anti-spam, data loss prevention, etc.) or directly for the user (such as mobile access or managing information overload).

This talk covers the history of email and reviews where we are today, including current technologies such as email authentication (DKIM and SenderID) and reputation. It concludes with some personal speculation about how email will continue to grow both short- and long-term.
