Illegal aliens filing lawsuits…and getting rich off of the American people
On April 17, 2009, the Orange County Board of Supervisors agreed to pay $3.75 million, plus an additional $900,000 in medical expenses to an illegal alien who was severely beaten by other inmates in the Orange County Central Jail. The Mexican national filed a lawsuit shortly after the incident.
Fernando Ramirez, 24, was in jail after being charged with molesting a 6-year-old girl at a local park. He eventually pled guilty to the lesser charge of battery against a child.
According to his attorney, Ramirez suffered brain damage and now needs help walking. Attorney Mark Eisenberg also claims that his client has been left with an intellect of a 4-year-old child.
Despite the dire financial crisis facing Orange County, Ramirez received the largest settlement ever awarded by the county for an in-custody incident. The Board of Supervisors made their decision in a closed-door session and have since refused any comment on the matter.
Except for one story carried by the Orange County Register, there has been no press coverage of this matter. One would think that an illegal alien child molester becoming a millionaire through taxpayer funding would be big news.
Of course, a story such as this one would make people angry, and maybe even angry enough to hold their elected representatives accountable for the enormous crime wave being perpetrated by this country’s illegal alien population.
Of course, this is not the only such case which will make your blood boil.

i was recently reading an article in which the government has agreed to settle cases of racial bias which happened for a period up to 1999. a case which was decided by a federal judge in favor of the black farmers association. most of the comments left on the article complained that african-americans where playing the race card and this was the government giving them handouts. i don’t see it that way. the farmers who are getting compensation are farmers who were unfairly denied loans by the USDA not because they could not pay back the loans but because of their ethnicity’s. most of these farmers lost their farms and livelihoods because they could not turn crops in time. so the people who claim these are handouts, were the USDA officials right in denying these people loans for no valid reason while the white farmers got speedy approvals for their loans? therefore everything is ok. where is the justice in that? i don’t get the logic. these people lost their livelihoods unfairly and deserve a fair shake. what do you think?
http://www.cnn.com/2010/US/02/18/black.farmers.lawsuit/index.html?hpt=C2
it was a high profile case and enough proof was presented for the judge to decide in the farmers favor. its about justice. the federal judge make up his mind without evidence.
I don’t like law that is ‘retrospective’ whatever the moral grounds.
How far back do we go? Am I responsible for poor behavior to ‘natives’ during the days of the British Empire as i have some family heritage that far back? Should we make a new crime of, say, wearing pink and arrest everyone who ever did? Where do you draw the line? It’s not good to set a precedent for a ‘bad’ government to use wrongly in the future.
You can say things were wrong in the past and change them for all future cases but going back over things and making it right today is a whole can of worms best left unopened in my opinion.

A 2008 New York Times article told the incredible story of a1999 Florida car crash which left Guatemalan national Luis Alberto Jimenez’s with severe and permanent physical and mental injuries. After spending more than $1 million on Jimenez’s treatment, and failed attempts to secure assistance from the government of Guatemala, the Florida hospital eventually paid to fly Jimenez back to his own country.
The incredible part of the story…Jimenez is sued the Florida hospital, which he claimed “falsely imprisoned” him and deported him against his will, to avoid anymore unpaid medical bills.
Last year, a jury sided
maybe we all need to call and demand they stop hiding the story’s. we have a right to be well informed about illegals.

Perhaps, the most outrageous example of an illegal alien attempting to use the U.S. legal system as another way of stealing from the American people, came from convicted Mexican drug smuggler Osvalda Aldrete-Davila who was shot by Border Patrol Agent Jose Compean in 2005.
After receiving more than $30,000 worth of medical treatment at a U.S. Army facility for the bullet wound in his rear end, he sued the U.S. Border Patrol for $5 million, claiming that Border Patrol Agents Ramos and Compean violated his civil rights.
Davila is now serving a nine year prison sentence for bringing more than 100 kilos of marijuana across the border.
The U.S. government has been very tight-lipped about the lawsuit, but it appears that the suit was actually settled for an undisclosed amount, and the case has been sealed.
I don’t know which is more outrageous, the now-daily accounts of illegal aliens raping our women and children; our elected officials allowing our land to be transformed into a Third World nation; criminal aliens getting rich off of the U.S. taxpayers: or a complicit mainstream press, eager to assist in the cover-up of our destruction.
It’s mind boggling to me that not many people are capable of seeing very clear scheme of these " poor illegals" to get whatever they want. They know better than anyone how to squeeze themselves through our legal/justice system with their ever sharpened weapons: "cry racism/discrimination", "claiming being victim", " "achieving by attrition", " mixing being illegal with being immigrant",
You wonder if they are so bloody good at flipping our systems up-side-down, why on earth are they so pathetic and useless in turning their own cesspools of countries even just one inch better.
My brother, keep showing people these nauseating truth no matter what people say to you, please. I thank you for your heart and mind.
QTpie,
If you think articles about " Latin American gangs taking over our street" is fear mongering, then you have lived under your comforter for that last ten years.

goes to paying the legal fees for the plethora of clergy sexual abuse cases? Here are some of the numbers for the USA. This is only a few. And only here in the USA.
Archdiocese of Anchorage: The Society of Jesus made a $50 million payout to over 100 Inuits who alleged that they had been sexually abused. The settlement did not require them to admit molesting Inuit children, but accusations involved 13 or 14 priests who allegedly molested these children for 30 years. n The Diocese of Fairbanks, a co-defendant in the case, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, claiming inability to pay the 140 plaintiffs filing claims against the diocese for alleged sexual abuse by priests or church workers during this period.
Archdiocese of Los Angeles: The Archdiocese of Los Angeles agreed to pay out 60 million dollars to settle 45 lawsuits it still faces over 450 other pending cases. According to the Associated Press a total of 22 priests were involved in the settlement with cases going as far back as the 1930s. 20 million dollars of this was paid by the insurers of the archdiocese. The main administrative office of the archdiocese is due to be sold to cover the cost of these and future law suits. The archdiocese will settle about 500 cases for about $600 million.
Archdiocese of Miami: Since 1966, the Archdiocese of Miami Insurance Programs have paid $26.1 million in settlement, legal and counseling costs associated with sexual misconduct allegations made by minors involving priests, laity and religious brothers and sisters.
Archdiocese of Milwaukee: A 2003 report on the sexual abuse of minors by clergy in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee revealed that allegations of sexually assaulting minors had been made against 58 ordained men. By early 2009, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee had spent approximately $26.5 million in attorney fees and settlements. Under Archbishop Timothy Dolan the archdiocese was able to avoid bankruptcy from lawsuits.
