Services

We have solutions for three primary areas:

Periodic Payments:
We purchase or arrange the full or partial purchase of periodic payments. Which option you choose depends on you (or your client's) particular need. Typically we are purchasing the following kinds of periodic payments:

  • Private Real Estate Note Purchases- These are also called Trust Deeds or Carry Back Notes and they are secured by real estate.
  • Structured Settlement Purchases: After a lawsuit is settled often the settlement calls for payments in the future. Partial or full purchases are available
  • Lottery Winnings: The future payments from a lottery winning can also be purchased.

Litigation Funding:
Litigation Funding is also known as Lawsuit Funding and has three main categories:
  • Payments directly to plaintiffs (parties to the lawsuit)
  • Payments in anticipation of Attorney fees (for attorneys)
  • Funding used to pursue a case (Experts, preparation costs)

Future Expected Payments (Lump Sum or Otherwise):
Some payments are one-time events such as:

  • Inheritance Settlements
  • Divorce Liens

Those payments are payouts that you or your client may expect in the future, but cannot access now. For example, in an inheritance payout, you may need to wait for the final adjudication of probate. That inheritance interest can be sold for a payment now. The same is true for a Divorce lien.

Accounts receivable or Invoices are similar and can be sold to improve cash flow.

There are many different ways to structure the sale of a periodic payment or a future interest in a payment. Whatever the situation, Dave or Barry is happy to talk with you to explore options.
